Art der Leistung Dienstleistung Umfang der Leistung Gegenstand des vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnisses ist die Erbringung von IT-Support-Administrations- und betriebsunterstützenden Leistungen für die vom Auftraggeber betreuten Schulstandorte. Ziel der Beauftragung ist die Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen, wirtschaftlichen und möglichst störungsarmen Betriebs der schulischen Informationstechnik. Die Leistungen sind durch den Auftragnehmer eigenverantwortlich, fachgerecht, fristgerecht und nach dem allgemein anerkannten Stand der Technik zu erbringen. Die zu vergebenden Leistungen dienen der Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit der schulischen IT-Infrastruktur sowie der Unterstützung der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in den vom Auftraggeber benannten Schulen.
