Description

Dublin City Council Hugh Lane Gallery seeks a removals service provider to facilitate the temporary relocation of the operations and programming to a alternative premises. The relocation process entails a comprehensive and systematic move of all operational materials and infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, office furniture, IT equipment, filing systems non-confidential, stationery supplies, staff lockers, antique furniture, conservation equipment and various operational resources that support day-to-day functions. In addition, any items currently in storage or temporarily housed within the premises will also need to be carefully packed, and transported. The contracted supplier will provide removal services for Hugh Lane Gallery offices, furniture and equipment, but not the Gallery collection. Antique furniture will require specialist handling. The move will be coordinated to minimize disruption to staff workflows and ensure the continued security and integrity of gallery assets.
