The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC), acting as a central purchasing body under the auspices of Kerry County Council, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for economic operators supplying civil engineering materials on a supply-only basis. The DPS covers bound and unbound aggregate materials (supply only) and ready-mix concrete (supply only). Public contracting authorities identified in the instructions document may use the system to award contracts for these materials. The LGOPC coordinates the DPS on behalf of those contracting authorities.
