The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC), acting as a central purchasing body under Kerry County Council, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for economic operators providing minor building works as tradespersons on behalf of contracting authorities. The system covers electrical works, plumbing works and renewable energy systems and ancillary works. Participating contracting authorities are listed in the Instructions Document. Suppliers of these trades are invited to apply for admission to the system, which allows contracting authorities to award contracts for minor building works to admitted operators. The place of performance is Ireland.
