Description

Coimisiún na Meán requires a media monitoring service for the purpose of monitoring all Print, Online and Broadcast media in Ireland. We require real time monitoring on a range of topics across the media (including digital media) landscape at a national and international level. The purpose of this service will be to keep the press office up to date with mentions of the organisation in the media and members of Coimisiún na Meán’s Leadership Team informed of current industry affairs. The press team will also use the service to provide a media monitoring update (downloadable PDF) to all staff at An Coimisiún, which currently stands at approximately 215 and is expected to grow to 300. A print and media monitoring service will include up to approximately 800 pieces of content per month. This is based on a list of print and digital media outlets primarily in Ireland and a list of key words provided by Coimisiún na Meán. Articles are to be received as a remotely accessible email digest for multiple users. Print media monitoring is to be provided as an electronic press-cutting digest each morning at a minimum, digital media and online media at regular intervals throughout the day. Tenderers shall not charge the Client for non-relevant articles.

100%

Based on 20 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners. New: no award from the same buyer or market in the two years before.

As the official award notices state them, over the last 3 years. Tenders per lot count open and restricted procedures only: in a negotiated procedure or a direct award a single tender is the procedure itself. The country is the one the notice gives for the winner.
