Обществената поръчка е с обект строителство, по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1, буква „б” от ЗОП за изпълнение на строеж, с предмет: Инженеринг - проектиране, упражняване на авторски надзор и изпълнение на СМР за обект: „Изграждане на канализационни клонове в населените места на територията на община Бобошево, област Кюстендил“; ПЪРВА ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ: „Изграждане на канализационен клон в село Усойка, находящо се в  община Бобошево, област Кюстендил“; ВТОРА ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ: „Изграждане на канализационен клон в село Блажиево, находящо се в  община Бобошево, област Кюстендил“; Предметът на обществената поръчка обхваща проектиране, изпълнение на строителни  и монтажни работи и упражняване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на обект за изграждане на канализационни клонове в населените места находящи се на територията на община Бобошево, област Кюстендил. Обществената поръчка се възлага при условията на частично осигурено финансиране от целеви средства от държавния бюджет на Република България. Очаква се останалата част от обществената поръчка да бъде финансирана от бюджета на Община Бобошево за 2027 г. или от други източници. В съответствие с чл. 48, ал. 1 от ЗОП необходимите характеристики на предмета на обществената поръчка са подробно индивидуализирани в Техническата спецификация на обществената поръчка, съдържаща се в отделен документ.
