Description

Das Tiefbauamt Graubünden (TBA GR) hat sich entschlossen, systematisch die relevanten Risiken für Strassenbenutzer*innen der Kantonsstrassen integral zu erfassen. Dazu wird das Projekt «Integrales Risikomanagement für Strassen», abgekürzte Bezeichnung «IRM-S», umgesetzt. Das Konzept für die Ermittlung der Risiken wurde in einem vorangehenden Projekt erarbeitet. Das Konzept wurde an drei Pilotstrassen getestet und in FME softwaretechnisch umgesetzt. Neben den bereits vorhandenen Daten des TBA GR zu den Gefährdungen und Auswirkungen ist es für eine solide Datengrundlage zwingend notwendig, die Gefährdungen auch vor Ort zu beurteilen. Die vorliegende Submission beinhaltet zu diesem Zweck die Gefahren- und Risikoermittlung mit Strassenbefahrungen und die Aufbereitung der Daten durch zu beschaffende «Erfassungsbüros». Die ersten zwei Lose 1.1 und 1.2 sind aktuell in Bearbeitung. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Sicherheitsbereiche Naturgefahren und Bauwerksicherheit für die Bearbeitungslose 2.1, 2.2 und 3.
