Verkehrssicherung, Verkehrsumleitung Wasserstraße: Das WSA Ems-Nordsee wird den Elisabethfehn-Kanal für die Dauer der Maßnahme für die Schifffahrt sperren. Brücke und Zufahrt: Für die Brücke und die Zufahrt muss der AN eine Vollsperrung beim Landkreis Cloppenburg gebührenfrei beantragen. Es muss eine Umleitung ausgewiesen werden. Der AN ist verantwortlich für die Kontrolle der Umleitungsstrecke und der Beschilderung. Abläuf der Arbeiten Die Vorlandplatten müssen abgebrochen und wiederhergestellt werden. Der Holzbelag der beweglichen Brückenplatte muss ersetzt werden. Das Stahlgeländer muss durch ein weiß beschichtetes Aluminiumgeländer ersetzt werden. Der Korrosionsschutz muss ausgebessert werden. Zwei Diagonalen der Stahlkonstruktion müssen ausgetauscht werden. Die Reihenfolge der Arbeiten obliegt dem AN.
