Die Stadt Emsdetten beabsichtigt, Ingenieurleistungen für die weitere Planung und Umsetzung der Fahrradstraße Blumenstraße im Abschnitt zwischen Neubrückenstraße und Lönsstraße zu vergeben. Die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 gemäß § 47 HOAI wurden bereits erbracht; die Entwurfsplanung liegt vor. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 gemäß § 47 HOAI sowie die örtliche Bauüberwachung. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Stufe 1 umfasst die Leistungsphasen 5 und 6, Stufe 2 die Leistungsphasen 7 bis 9 einschließlich der örtlichen Bauüberwachung. Die Leistungen der Einarbeitung in die bereits vorliegenden Planungsunterlagen (Grundlagenermittlung und Entwurfsplanung) sind bei der Honorarermittlung entsprechend berücksichtigt.
