Description
The contract covers the delivery of a hybrid Governance Effectiveness Review for Keele University by Advance HE. The scope includes governance surveys, stakeholder interviews, committee and Council observations, selective document and evidence reviews, and an assessment against the updated CUC Governance Code. The purpose of the contract is to independently assess the effectiveness of Keele University's governance arrangements, identify areas for improvement, evaluate governance assurance processes, and benchmark progress against previous governance review outcomes.
