Predmet ove javne nabave pruža usluge prijevoza, predobrade, obrade i zbrinjavanja plastične ambalaže KB 15 01 02, metalne ambalaže KB 15 01 04 i višeslojne kompozitne ambalaže KB 15 01 05 s lokacije odlagališta komunalnog otpada Cere u predviđenoj količini od 1.200 tona. Odabrani ponuditelj dužan je vlastitim vozilima osigurati redovit odvoz otpada najmanje 4 puta tjedno (minimalno 25 tona tjedno) uz ugovoreni odaziv unutar 48 sati po pozivu naručitelja. Ugovor se sklapa na razdoblje od 12 mjeseci, a izvođenje usluga započinje odmah po njegovu obostranom potpisivanju u skladu sa Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom. Predmet ove javne nabave su usluge preuzimanja, prijevoza i zbrinjavanja plastične ambalaže KB 15 01 02, metalne ambalaže KB 15 01 04 i višeslojne kompozitne ambalaže KB 15 01 05 u svrhu predobrade, obrade i recikliranja/oporabe otpada u okvirnoj (predviđenoj) količini od 1.200 tona sa lokacije odlagališta otpada Cere (dalje: Usluga). Ambalaža od plastike ključnog broja KB 15 01 02, metalna ambalaža KB 15 01 04 i višeslojna (kompozitna) ambalaža KB 15 01 05 (dalje: otpadna ambalaža KB 15 01 02, KB 15 01 04, KB 15 01 05 ) u rasutom je stanju i prikuplja se zajedno putem spremnika za plastičnu i metalnu ambalažu postavljenih na javnim površinama, putem posuda od korisnika usluga te putem reciklažnih dvorišta i mobilnog reciklažnog dvorišta. Odabrani ponuditelj dužan je vlastitim vozilima osigurati redovit odvoz otpada najmanje 4 puta tjedno (minimalno 25 tona tjedno) uz ugovoreni odaziv unutar 48 sati po pozivu naručitelja. Ugovor se sklapa na razdoblje od 12 mjeseci, a izvođenje usluga započinje odmah po njegovu obostranom potpisivanju u skladu sa Zakonom o održivom gospodarenju otpadom.
