Description

Predmet nabave je Usluga upravljanja sustavom ispisa i naplata putem TPS (trošak po ispisanoj stranici) na instaliranoj bazi pisača, a obuhvaća: > korištenje programskog rješenja s instalacijom te podrškom koja pruža mogućnosti nadzora, upravljanja i optimizacije ispisa i troška kojeg generira, > usluga hardverskog održavanja instalirane baze uređaja za ispis > isporuka i zamjena potrošnog materijala na uređajima za ispis o trošku Ponuditelja te zbrinjavanje istrošenog potrošnog materijala. > isporuka papira A4, 80g > usluga savjetovanja po pitanju optimizacije sustava ispisa: smanjenje ispisnih mjesta preusmjeravanjem ispisa na centralne uređaje za ispis, reduciranje ispisa poslovno neopravdanog sadržaja, edukacija i savjetovanje korisnika po pitanju prihvatljivog i preporučenog načina ispisa. Potrebno je nadzirati sve uređaje za ispis u organizaciji te dostavljati potrošni materijal na definiranu lokaciju prije nego je prestao ispis kako bi korisnik mogao vršiti uobičajene operacije bez zastoja. Usluga ne uključuje: > Dobavu priključka za električnu energiju > Trošak električne energije > Potreban namještaj za smještaj uređaja > Dostavu/dopremu ispisa krajnjim korisnicima > Rješavanje problema s ispisom iz pojedinih aplikacija > Zamjenu oštećenih dijelova pisača do čijeg oštećenja je došlo nestručnim i nepravilnim rukovanjem od strane krajnjeg korisnika Detaljan opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u tehničkoj specifikaciji (Prilog 1).
