Description

Usluga održavanja integriranog bolničkog informacijskog sustava (IBIS) obuhvaća održavanje programskog rješenja koje Naručitelj koristi u svakodnevnom radu sa svim postojećim modulima i integracijskim sučeljima te sistemsko održavanje IT infrastrukture potrebne za neometan rad programskog rješenja. IBIS predstavlja ključni alat u svakodnevnom radu KBC-a Split, omogućujući obradu, upravljanje i integraciju kritičnih podataka vezanih uz pružanje zdravstvenih usluga. Stoga je neprekinutost rada IBIS-a od iznimne važnosti. Svaki prekid, bez obzira na to radi li se o sistemskoj ili aplikativnoj grešci, može imati ozbiljne posljedice. Osiguravanje neprekinutog rada bolničkih sustava od presudne je važnosti za zadovoljavanje regulatornih zahtjeva, uključujući dostupnost medicinske dokumentacije u svakom trenutku.
