Description

Nacionalni informacijski sustav u sportu (u daljnjem tekstu: NISuS) propisan je člancima 64. i 65. Zakona o sportu („Narodne novine“, broj: 141/22). Nositelj projekta je Uprava za sport Ministarstva turizma i sporta. NISuS je koncipiran kao aplikacijski sustav za podršku poslovnim procesima u specifičnom djelokrugu rada i aktivnosti Uprave za sport Ministarstva turizma i sporta. NISuS treba biti u potpunosti integriran s ostalim informacijskim sustavima Uprave za sport Ministarstva turizma i sporta koji podržavaju ostale, standardne poslovne procese: uredsko poslovanje, financije, upravljanje dokumentima i sl. NISuS se sastoji od više podsustava, aplikacija i modula za uspostavu seta registara i evidencija sa pripadajućim šifrarnicima i podrškom pripadajućim poslovnim procesima te dodatnim modulima za podršku poslovnim procesima Uprave za sport Ministarstva turizma i sporta. Sustavu je moguće pristupiti na tri načina: kao korisnik sustava, anonimno u dijelu javnih podataka i preko sustava eGrađani u dijelu osobnih podataka. Izvorni kod i baza podataka aplikacijskog sustava su dostupni na uvid kod Naručitelja uz prethodno potpisivanje izjave o prihvaćanju tajnosti podataka od strane Ponuditelja.
