Description

Predmet nabave je potpuna tehnološka transformacija ITMS modula (TARIC, QUOTA, EBTI, Surveillance, DMS, SMS, TNME) kroz zamjenu zastarjele J2EE/JBoss infrastrukture modernim tehnološkim stackom: Java Spring Boot (backend) i Vue3 (frontend). Cilj je postići visoku dostupnost (HA), modularnost i visoke performanse uz zadržavanje postojeće baze podataka i postojeće infrastrukture za razmjenu poruka. Stvarna nabavljena količina na temelju sklopljenog ugovora o javnoj nabavi može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, a ovisit će o stvarnoj potrebi Naručitelja tijekom važenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi usluge. Okvirna količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Troškovniku.
