Predmet nabave su usluge i robe potrebne za provedbu projektnih aktivnosti projekta „Jačanje provedbe mjera zaštite na radu“, koji provodi Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike. Projekt je usmjeren na unapređenje sustava zaštite na radu kroz razvoj digitalnih alata, edukativnih sadržaja i jačanje kapaciteta dionika u području zaštite na radu. Predmet nabave podijeljen je na šest grupa predmeta nabave, sukladno projektnim aktivnostima. Predmet nabave je unaprjeđenje informacijskog sustava zaštite na radu (IS ZNR) kroz razvoj novih funkcionalnosti, nadogradnju postojećih modula te izradu pripadajuće tehničke dokumentacije i uputa za korištenje sustava. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave sadržan je u dokumentu Specifikacija usluga GRUPA 1; Predmet nabave je izrada i implementacija OiRA (Online interactive Risk Assessment) alata za procjenu rizika namijenjenih prvenstveno mikro, malim i srednjim poslodavcima, s ciljem unapređenja upravljanja rizicima na radnom mjestu i povećanja razine zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti radnika.
