Description

1. izrada i implementacija nadogradnje centralnog informatičkog sustava HeAL (HALMED-ove aplikacije za lijekove) kojeg čine aplikacije NRL (Nacionalni registar lijekova), PKL (Provjera kakvoće lijeka), PhV (Farmakovigilancijski postupci) te pripadajuća aplikacija za centralnu administraciju (eMeta) i administraciju baza podataka za posebno educirane korisnike (Administrator), sukladno korisničkoj specifikaciji u prilogu ove dokumentacije o nabavi. 2. 700 sati adaptivne nadogradnje. Sati će se koristiti prema potrebama i zahtjevima naručitelja, a u cilju rješavanja potreba koje nisu predviđene u korisničkoj specifikaciji u prilogu. 3. 12 mjeseci paušalnog održavanja centralnog informatičkog sustava HeAL kojeg čine aplikacije NRL, PKL, PhV, eMeta i Administrator i koje uključuje održavanje svih funkcionalnosti sustava u zatečenom stanju te ispravljanje svih uočenih grešaka u sustavu bez obzira na vremensko razdoblje nastanka greške, sukladno korisničkoj specifikaciji u prilogu.
