Temeljem Pravilnika o uvjetima za izbor u znanstvena zvanja (NN 28/2017, 72/2019, 21/2021, 111/2022, 119/2022) nabavljaju se znanstvene citatne baze podataka Web of Science Core Collection, Web of Science Citation Connection and Journal & Highly Cited Data u svrhu nastave i znanstveno-istraživačkog rada na ovlaštenim visokoobrazovnim i znanstvenim ustanovama i u ostale poslovne svrhe ovlaštenih korisnika ustanova uključenih u licencu, a s ciljem napredovanja u znanstvena zvanja uvjetovanih podzakonskim aktima u vidu objavljivanja radova u međunarodno recenziranim znanstvenim časopisima, povećanja znanstvene produktivnosti, mobilnosti i vidljivosti u međunarodnom znanstvenom okruženju
