Description

Predmet nabave su usluge kombiniranog kolektivnog osiguranja osoba od posljedica nezgode. Sukladno članku 4. stavku 2. Pravilnika o dokumentaciji o nabavi te ponudi u postupcima javne nabave (Narodne novine, broj 65/17, 75/20 i 92/25; u daljnjem tekstu: Pravilnik), količina predmeta nabave je predviđena (okvirna) zbog prirode same usluge koja se nabavlja. Stvarno nabavljena količina temeljem okvirnog sporazuma može biti veća ili manja od predviđene (okvirne) količine, odnosno ovisna je o potrebama i raspoloživim financijskim sredstvima korisnika. Usluga kolektivnog osiguranja osoba od posljedica nezgode nabavlja se za okvirno 254.700 osoba. Podatak o broju zaposlenika je predviđen (okviran) i navedeni broj osoba koristi se samo za izračun ponude za javno nadmetanje. Prilikom zaključivanja ugovora o osiguranju, Ugovaratelj osiguranja će utvrditi točan broj zaposlenika koji su osiguranici te će se taj broj navesti u ugovoru o osiguranju, odnosno polici osiguranja i prema njemu će se utvrditi premija osiguranja. Po isteku svake osiguravateljne godine i ugovora o osiguranju odnosno police osiguranja utvrdit će se stvarni broj osoba koje su bile osigurane tijekom trajanja razdoblja osiguranja te će se napraviti konačni obračun premije .
