Description

Predmet nabave je tehnološko održavanje prethodno nabavljenih Oracle licenci (temeljem CSI broja), sukladno potrebama korisnika. Sukladno članku 161. stavku 1. ZJN 2016 korisnik će sve sposobne natjecatelje, koji imaju pristup dinamičkom sustavu nabave, pozvati da dostave ponudu za svaku zasebnu nabavu u okviru sustava u skladu s člankom 144. ZJN 2016. Nabava obuhvaća tehnološko održavanje prethodno nabavljenih Oracle licenci, temeljem naziva licence i CSI broja, sukladno potrebama korisnika. Korisnici ugovaraju tehnološku podršku za Oracle licence koje su u trajnom vlasništvu korisnika i za koje postoji neprekinuti slijed tehnološke podrške u skladu s pravilima licenciranja, a koje propisuje vlasnik softverskog proizvoda.
