Predmet ovog postupka nabave je održavanje i nadogradnje sustava za informatizaciju poslovanja ustanova (SIGMA) i nadogradnja s platforme Odoo Community 12 na Odoo Comunity 18. CARNET-ov sustav za informatizaciju poslovanja ustanova razvijen je u okviru projekta „e-Škole: Uspostava sustava razvoja digitalno zrelih škola (pilot projekt)“, s ciljem uspostave centraliziranog, jedinstvenog i standardiziranog sustava za informatizaciju poslovanja i praćenja poslovnih procesa u školama. Predmet nabave je nadogradnja i održavanje CARNET-ovog sustava za informatizaciju poslovanja ustanova - SIGMA i njenih modula/instanci. Nadogradnje se odnose na postojeći produkcijski sustav (ODOO Community 12) koji mora ostati funkcionalan tijekom cijelog razdoblja provedbe aktivnosti prelaska na noviju verziju platforme ODOO Community 18. U okviru premeta nabave predviđene su aktivnosti redovnog održavanja, otklanjanja grešaka, prilagodbi zbog poslovnih ili zakonskih zahtjeva te manjih funkcionalnih nadogradnji nužnih za nesmetan rad sustava do prelaska na novu verziju.; Predmet nabave ju nadogradnja CARNET-ovog sustava za informatizaciju poslovanja ustanova - SIGMA i njenih modula/instanci s Odoo Community 12 na Odoo Community 18.
