Predmet ovog postupka nabave je usluga analize, dizajna, implementacije, migracije podataka, testiranja, edukacije i puštanja u rad nadograđene verzije informacijskog sustava CN Riznica na platformi Odoo Enterprise 18, uz osiguranje funkcionalne ekvivalentnosti u odnosu na postojeći produkcijski sustav Odoo Community 12 u ugovorenom opsegu, uključujući nabavu licenci za korištenje platforme Odoo Enterprise 18. Predmet nabave obuhvaća izradu AS-IS inventara i TO-BE dizajna, konfiguraciju i razvoj potrebnih prilagodbi, migraciju podataka, integracije s postojećim internim i vanjskim sustavima, korisničko testiranje, edukacije korisnika te produkcijsko puštanje u rad.
