Description

Predmet javnog nadmetanja je nabava usluge Izrade nove aplikacije SMIV-a sukladno odredbama Zakona o energetskoj učinkovitosti i Pravilnika o SMIV-u Predmet nabave nije podijeljen na grupe te je ponuditelj obavezan nuditi cjelokupni predmet nabave. Traženi Informacijski sustav i povezane usluge predstavljaju tehnološku cjelinu s međusobno povezanim aktivnostima te bi podjela predmeta nabave na grupe rezultirala tehničkim poteškoćama u izvršenju ugovora u slučaju dodjele ugovora različitim gospodarskim subjektima. Opseg usluga koje su predmet ove nabave definiran je u priloženim dokumentima (Prilog 1. Tehnička specifikacija). Ponuditelj mora ponuditi cjelokupni opseg usluga koji se traži u dokumentaciji o nabavi, uključujući analizu potreba svih uključenih dionika u proces uštede energije te izradu detaljne tehničke specifikacije prema kojoj se će izraditi aplikacija. Ponuditelj je dužan ponuditi i izvršiti uslugu sukladno svim tehničkim i drugim uvjetima koji su navedeni u ovoj dokumentaciji o nabavi. Količine predmeta nabave iskazane u stavkama 1.-6. pripadajućeg troškovnika su točne količine predmetnih usluga.
