Description

Predmet nabave su usluge mjerenja kakvoće prijenosa pismovnih pošiljaka i prioritetnih pismovnih pošiljaka u unutarnjem prometu, sukladno detaljnom opisu i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave i tehničkim specifikacijama, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Sukladno Zakonu o poštanskim uslugama (NN 144/12, 153/13, 78/15, 110/19) i Pravilniku o obavljanju univerzalne usluge (NN 41/13, 103/21, 94/24), Naručitelj je obavezan obaviti mjerenje prema trenutno važećim hrvatskim normama: 1. HRN EN 13850 - Mjerenje vremena prijenosa pojedinačne prioritetne pošiljke od prijama do uručenja, za prioritetne pismovne pošiljke, i 2. HRN EN 14508 - Mjerenje vremena prijenosa pojedinačne neprioritetne pošiljke od prijama do uručenja, za pismovne pošiljke, uz odstupanja usklađena s mišljenjem Hrvatske regulatorne agencije za mrežne djelatnosti (dalje u tekstu HAKOM). Usluge mjerenja se provode kroz sljedeće faze: - testno mjerenje - izvođenje kontinuiranog mjerenja u 2025., 2026. i 2027. godini i - izvještavanje, na način i u rokovima propisanim u Opisu predmeta nabave i tehničkim specifikacijama, točka 4.1 Izvještavanje.
