Temeljem članka 69. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (Narodne novine, broj: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 i 156/23), osnivač je, uz uvjete propisane navedenim člankom, dužan osigurati prijevoz učenika osnovnih škola. Slijedom navedenoga, provodi se postupak javne nabave za uslugu prijevoza učenika Osnovne škole Jakova Gotovca, Unešić za školsku godinu 2025./2026. i 2026./2027. Prijevoz se obavlja kao poseban prijevoz isključivo prema linijama prijevoza. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave utvrđen je u tehničkoj specifikaciji/relaciji prijevoza koja je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi.
