Temeljem članka 69. Zakona o odgoju i obrazovanju u osnovnoj i srednjoj školi (Narodne novine, broj: 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17, 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23 i 156/23), osnivač je, uz uvjete propisane navedenim člankom, dužan osigurati prijevoz učenika osnovnih škola. Slijedom navedenoga, provodi se postupak javne nabave za uslugu prijevoza učenika Osnovne škole dr. Franje Tuđmana u Kninu, za školsku godinu 2025./2026. i 2026./2027. Prijevoz se obavlja kao poseban prijevoz isključivo prema linijama prijevoza. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave utvrđen je u tehničkoj specifikaciji/relaciji prijevoza koja je sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi.
