Description

Predmet nabave se sastoji od pripremnih radova uklanjanja stabala, dobave biljnog materijala te radova s biljnim materijalom (sadnja stabala, njega stabala), a sve sukladno Troškovniku, Prilogu 1 - Gantogramu, Prilogu 2 - Grafički prilozi i Prilogu 3 - Katalog uklanjanja. Navedeni dokumenti su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan predmet nabave izvršavati i izvoditi uredno, savjesno i odgovorno, pažnjom dobrog stručnjaka, po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, u skladu s pozitivnim zakonskim propisima koji se odnose na predmet nabave, nalozima i uputama Naručitelja te uvjetima i zahtjevima iz ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Nabava se provodi temeljem Ugovora br. 2024/020195 o neposrednom sudjelovanju Fonda u sufinanciranju provedbe mjera prilagodbe klimatskim promjenama u svrhu jačanja otpornosti urbanih sredina, davanjem sredstava pomoći sklopljenim između Općine Nijemci i Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost.
