Uredbe o unutarnjem ustrojstvu Središnjeg državnog ureda za središnju javnu nabavu (NN, broj 97/20) i za zdravstvene ustanove iz Odluke Vlade Republike Hrvatske (NN, broj 42/25). Nabava monitora MON24 za obveznike središnje javne nabave i za Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje, Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo i Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu.; Nabava periferne računalne opreme za obveznike središnje javne nabave, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje, Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo, Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu i zdravstvene ustanove.
