Description

Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su radovi na Dogradnji luke Prvić Šepurine - prostorna cjelina 2. Predmetna građevina nalazi se sa zapadne strane otoka Prvić i to u mjestu Prvić Šepurine. Naselje Prvić Šepurine u svom priobalnom dijelu već sadrži luku te se ovim projektom ista nadograđuje, a sve u granicama lučkog područja luke otvorene za javni promet. Luka Prvić Šepurine je luka otvorena za javni promet (LOJP), lokalnog značaja, smještena u središtu naselja. Cjelokupni zahvat obuhvaća dio postojeće k.č. 4562/5 k.o. Prvić i dio akvatorija. Novoformirane kopnene površine luke nastale nasipanjem mora, dobivaju buduće nove katastarske čestice koje jesu: k.č. 38705, k.č. 38706, k.č. 38707, k.č. 38708 i k.č. 38746 k.o Prvić. Sukladno članku 146. točka 2. stavak 1. važećeg Zakona o gradnji glavnim projektom luke otvorene za javni promet lokalnog značaja Prvić Šepurine, otok Prvić ostavljena je mogućnost ishođenja uporabne dozvole za dijelove predmetne građevine, a na zahtjev Investitora. Dijelovi (cjeline) za koje će se ishoditi zasebne uporabne dozvole jesu: a) prostorna cjelina 1: pristanišna obala s gatom uz vanjsku stranu postojećeg lukobrana: RADOVI ZAVRŠENI, IZDANA UPORABNA DOZVOLA (k.č.br. 38705 k.o. Prvić) b) prostorna cjelina 2: unutarnja pristanišna obalna trasa, glavni lukobranski objekt, nasipna površina za amortizaciju valova, valobranski objekt: RADOVI SU PREDMET OVOG POSTUPKA JAVNE NABAVE (k.č. 38706, k.č. 38707, k.č. 38708 k.o Prvić) Za predmetni zahvat izdana je Građevinska dozvola i Rješenje o izmjeni i dopuni Građevinske dozvole. Detaljan opis radova, vrsta i opseg, kao i posebni zahtjevi vezani za izvođenje istih detaljno je utvrđen projektno - tehničkom dokumentacijom i troškovnikom koji čini sastavni dio dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj je potpisnik Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava za projekte koji se financiraju iz programa „Konkurentnost i Kohezija“ u financijskom razdoblju 2021.-2027.: P.K.5.2.02.0014 „DOGRADNJA LUKE PRVIĆ ŠEPURINE - PROSTORNA CJELINA 2“, potpisan između Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture (PT1) i Središnje agencije za financiranje i ugovaranje programa i projekata Europske unije (PT2) i Naručitelja (Korisnik). Predmetni postupak javne nabave podliježe kontroli Posredničkog tijela razine 2.
