Description

Usluga stručnog nadzora obavlja se za ugovor o izvođenju radova na uređenju građevina, vanjskog prostora i infrastrukture Nastavnog nacionalnog središta civilne zaštite u Jastrebarskom, Ulica Zrinski-Frankopanska bb, na k.č.br. 2704/2 i 2704/3, k.o. Jastrebarsko. Nadzorni inženjeri će nadzirati izvođenje radova i pružati uslugu koorinatora zaštite na radu u fazi izvođenja radova (koordinator II), te pružiti sve potrebne usluge tijekom pripremne faze, faze izvođenja radova, tehničkog pregleda, primopredaje i okončanog obračuna. Radovi će se izvoditi u skladu sa člankom 5. Pravilnika o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama i radovima (NN112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22 i 155/23), te glavnim i izvedbenim projektima koje je izradio APGINŽENJERING d.o.o. Dugo Selo, glavna projektantica ovlaštena arhitektica Lidija Grebenar, dipl. ing. arh., a obuhvaćaju: - uređenje postojećih građevina oznaka: 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 61 i 62 - uređenje vanjskog prostora i infrastrukture oko navedenih građevina Detaljan opis i obuhvat usluge, te obveze izvršitelja sadržani su u opisu poslova stručnog nadzora i troškovniku usluga, iz priloga ove dokumentacije o nabavi.
