Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave su usluge izrade studijsko-projektne dokumentacije i dokumentacije o nabavi za radove, uslugu stručnog nadzora i uslugu upravljanja projektom za projekt "Proširenje luke Raša" i to: 1. Izrada idejnog rješenja i postupak procjene utjecaja na okoliš 1.1. Izrada idejnog rješenja 1.2. Izrada Studije utjecaja na okoliš 1.3. Postupak procjene utjecaja na okoliš 2. Geodetske usluge 3. Geotehnički istražni radovi i elaborati 4. Studije i elaborati 4.1. Maritimna studija 4.2. Studija hidrodinamike mora i valovanja 4.3. Elaborat zaštite od požara 4.4. Studija troškova i koristi 5. Idejni projekt sa pripadnim sastavnicama projekta i elaboratima 6. Glavni projekt sa pripadnim sastavnicama projekta i elaboratima 7. Izrada troškovnika i natječajne dokumentacije za radove, stručni nadzor i upravljanje projektom Ulaznim parametrima izrade projektne dokumentacije smatraju se tehnički parametri i predviđeni opseg zahvata prema prihvaćenom tehničkom rješenju u projektnom zadatku. Također će biti potrebno izraditi i drugu dokumentaciju i elaborate koji nisu navedeni, a bit će potrebni sukladno dobivenim Posebnim uvjetima. Detaljan opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u Dokumentaciji o nabavi u Dijelu B. Projektni zadatak, kao i u Dijelu E. Troškovnik.
