Predmet nabave obuhvaća nabavu, isporuku, ugradnju, konfiguriranje, povezivanje, testiranje i puštanje u rad nove podatkovne infrastrukture Naručitelja te migraciju postojećih sustava, aplikacija i podataka na novu infrastrukturu, uključujući svu opremu, usluge i radove potrebne za uspostavljanje njezine potpune funkcionalnosti. Predmet nabave osobito obuhvaća nabavu i uspostavljanje poslužiteljske (serverske), storage, backup, mrežne i sigurnosne infrastrukture te infrastrukture serverske sale, uključujući serverske ormare, sustave hlađenja, napajanja, nadzora, dojave i gašenja požara, zajedno sa svom pripadajućom opremom, materijalom i montažnim priborom. Predmet nabave uključuje i usluge instalacije, implementacije i konfiguriranja opreme, migracije postojećih sustava, aplikacija, podataka i korisničkog okruženja, testiranja i provjere funkcionalnosti, izrade dokumentacije izvedenog stanja, prijenosa znanja te pružanja jamstvene i tehničke podrške, sukladno uvjetima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi. Sve stavke predmeta nabave moraju biti međusobno kompatibilne te isporučene i izvedene kao jedinstveno, cjelovito i potpuno funkcionalno tehničko rješenje, sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama, pravilima struke, primjenjivim propisima i zahtjevima Naručitelja.
