Predmet ove nabave su radovi na rekonstrukciji OŠ Šijana - dogradnja školske sportske dvorane, na temelju Ugovora o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava broj: NPOO.C3.1.R1-I2.01-V2.0095, koji se financira iz poziva na dodjelu projektnih prijedloga, "Izgradnja, rekonstrukcija i opremanje osnovnih škola za potrebe jednosmjenskog rada i cjelodnevne škole Grupa 2", referentni kod poziva: NPOO.C3.1.R1-I2.01., a u sklopu Mehanizma za oporavak i otpornost, odnosno kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti 2021.-2026. (NPOO), sukladno troškovniku i projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji koja je objavljenja u sklopu ovog postupka nabave. Radovi obuhvaćaju rušenje, sve etape izgradnje sukladno pripadajućoj projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji i troškovnicima, uključujući pripremne, zemljane, konstruktivne, obrtničke i završne radove, kao i ugradnju svih potrebnih strojarskih, elektrotehničkih i vodovodnih instalacija te vanjsko uređenje zahvata. Detaljan opis, opseg, količina i zahtijevana svojstva predmeta nabave, kao i tehničke specifikacije, precizno su određeni projektno-tehničkom dokumentacijom i pripadajućim troškovnicima radova koji čine sastavni dio ove dokumentacije o nabavi. Od gospodarskih subjekata zahtijeva se postupanje s dužnom profesionalnom pažnjom. Podnošenjem ponude smatra se da je ponuditelj detaljno proučio Dokumentaciju o nabavi, projektno-tehničku dokumentaciju i troškovnike te da je temeljem pravila struke pravovremeno ukalkulirao sve potrebne podatke i preduvjete koji utječu na neometano izvođenje radova i formiranje cijene ponude.
