Predmet nabave su radovi na izgradnji škole u sklopu odgojno-obrazovnog kompleksa Galdovo, na adresi Brezovičkog odreda 1b, Sisak, k.č.br. 1140/1, k.o. Galdovo, u skladu sa Glavnim projektom zajedničke oznake 02-19-OOK koji je ovjerio glavni projektant Tihomir Knezić, dipl.ing.arh., ovlašteni inženjer arhitekture, A 79 (URBING d.o.o., Ulica Mije Sinkovića 3, Zagreb), te sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama i količinama određenim u Troškovniku iz priloga ove Dokumentacije o nabavi (dalje u tekstu: Dokumentacija) te drugim primjenjivim zakonskim i podzakonskim propisima te svakoj naknadnoj izmjeni i dopuni istih propisa. NAPOMENA: Na predmetnoj parceli u tijelu su radovi na izgradnji odgojno-obrazovnog kompleksa Galdovo koji se odnose na izgradnju vrtićkog objekta i dijela škole. Izvedeni radovi mogu biti predmet zasebne uporabne dozvole te se kompleks može djelomično pustiti u rad po dobivanju uporabne dozvole. Za izvedene radove odgovoran je postojeći izvođač radova. Sukladno članku 55. stavak 2. Zakona o gradnji (Narodne novine broj: 153/13, 20/17, 39/19 i 125/19) ako u građenju sudjeluju dva ili više izvođača, investitor ugovorom o građenju određuje glavnog izvođača koji je odgovoran za međusobno usklađivanje radova i koji imenuje glavnog inženjera gradilišta. Slijedom navedenog za glavnog izvođača na izgradnji odgojno-obrazovnog kompleksa Galdovo biti će imenovan odabrani ponuditelj u ovom postupku nabave.
