Bakgrunn Oppdragsgiver har behov for å fornye og supplere utstyrsparken ved kommunens hjelpemiddellager. Anskaffelsen skal bidra til at kommunen kan tilby hensiktsmessige hjelpemidler til brukere med ulike funksjonsnivå og behov. Det er et mål å standardisere utvalget slik at kommunen i størst mulig grad kan tilby løsninger som tilsvarer hjelpemidler fra NAV. Dette vil legge til rette for gjenkjennbarhet, enklere oppfølging og mer effektiv håndtering for både brukere og ansatte. Anskaffelsen gjennomføres som et engangskjøp finansiert med investeringsmidler. Tilgjengelig budsjettramme er inntil 725 000 kroner inkludert merverdiavgift, og midlene skal benyttes innen 2026. Det er derfor viktig at alt utstyr som skal kjøpes faktureres innen utgangen av 2026. Beskrivelse av oppdraget Oppdragsgiver skal anskaffe ulike hjelpemidler til kommunens hjelpemiddellager. Leveransen vil omfatte et utvalg hjelpemidler for ulike brukergrupper og behov, herunder blant annet toalettforhøyere, dusj- og toalettstoler samt manuelle rullestoler. Utstyret skal være justerbart, brukervennlig og utformet for enkel rengjøring og vedlikehold.
