Description

Deze Inkoopleidraad heeft betrekking op de inkoop van dienstverlening in het kader van Jeugdhulp in de zin van artikel 1.1 Jeugdwet voor de gemeenten Den Haag, Delft, Midden-Delfland, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijswijk, Wassenaar, Westland en Zoetermeer (hierna gezamenlijk: “de regiogemeenten”). De regiogemeenten hebben de opdracht voor het leveren van jeugdhulp in 2020 door middel van een open house-toelatingsprocedure in de markt gezet en hebben op basis daarvan met ingang van 1 januari 2021 Ontwikkel- en Resultaatovereenkomsten gesloten. De onderhavige procedure betreft geen nieuwe opdracht, maar een heropening van deze bestaande toelatingsprocedure. Jeugdhulpaanbieders kunnen zich aanmelden om onder de vanaf 1 januari 2027 geldende, verlengde en geactualiseerde Ontwikkel- en Resultaatovereenkomsten jeugdhulp te leveren.
