Beschreibung der Leistung: Das Bezirksamt Hamburg-Mitte entwickelt als Schlüsselprojekt der RISE-Gebietsentwicklung Billstedt/Horn das ehemalige Jugend-Europahaus als neues ?Haus im Blohms Park? mit Angeboten zur Gesundheitsvorsorge, einem kleinen Park-Café und Angeboten für unterstützungsbedürftige junge Menschen. Im westlichen Gebäudeteil wird außerdem das ?Haus für Geburt und Gesundheit? seinen Platz finden. Der denkmalgeschützte Blohms Park liegt etwa fünf Kilometer östlich des Hamburger Stadtzentrums im Stadtteil Horn, zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen ?Rauhes Haus? und ?Horner Renn-bahn?. Der Blohms Park wird flankiert von den Straßen ?Beim Rauhen Hause? im Norden und der ?Horner Landstraße? im Süden. Das Gebäude ?Haus im Blohms Park? an der Horner Landstraße 85 liegt im südwestlichen Parkteil. Das Bestandsgebäude wird durch Teilabriss, Um- und Teilneubau ertüchtigt und in einen zeitgemäßen baulichen Zustand versetzt. Ab Oktober 2026 starten Tiefbauarbeiten im Außenbereich und ab Februar 2027 beginnt der Teilabbruch des Bestandsgebäudes. Die Fertigstellung des neuen ?Haus im Blohms Park? ist für das 2. HJ 2028 geplant. Wesentliche Arbeiten: ? Abbrucharbeiten von Wegebelägen, Einbauten/ Mobiliar ? 600m3 Bodenabtrag und Entsorgung durch Herstellung der Wegekoffer und Topografie ? 250 t Lieferung/ Einbau Füllsand ? 275m RW-Leitung DN 110-200 ? 130m SW-Leitungen DN 100 ? 24 St Schächte DN400 ? DN1000 ? 13m3 Rückhaltung aus Rigolenfüllkörpern ? 1200 m2 Tragschichten Bereich in den Bereichen B1, B2, B3, B4, B6 ? 330 m2 Asphalttrag- und Deckschicht ? 18lfm Winkelstützwände aus Beton bis 60cm bis 130cm Haus im Blohms Park - HIP, Horner Landstraße 85, 22111 Hamburg
