Der Rahmenvertrag "Bodenbelag Instandhaltung" dient als Auftragsgrundlage für die Vergabe von Bodenbelagsarbeiten zur Bauunterhaltung sowie Reparaturen und sonstigen Unterhaltungsarbeiten von geringem Umfang. Gegenstand sind die durch SBH, GMH, GMH im Namen und auf Rechnung Dritter, die BUKEA, den Großmarkt, den Rathausservice oder des LEB bewirtschafteten Schulen und Immobilien. Es wird ein zeitlich befristeter Rahmenvertrag ausgeschrieben, aufgrund dessen die vorgesehenen mind. 11 bis zu 20 Vertragsunternehmen verpflichtet sind, ihre Leistung auf Abruf (Einzelauftrag) zu den im Rahmenvertrag festgelegten Bedingungen auszuführen. Nach dem Rahmenvertrag können Aufträge von 15.000.- bis maximal 45.000,-? netto pro Einzelauftrag erteilt werden. Das Nettogesamtvolumen wird insgesamt für alle am Vertrag beteiligten Firmen auf 1.486.000,00 ? / Jahr geschätzt.
