Le Délégataire devra proposer une qualité de service répondant aux attentes de la clientèle susceptible de le fréquenter et contribuer au développement touristique du site. Missions spécifiques du délégataire : - Gestion et exploitation du parc aventure - Activités de loisirs au sein du parc aventure - Activité foodtruck (pas obligatoire) - Animation - Engagement pour l'accueil de personnes en situation de handicap - Mission d'entretien avec, notamment, engagement pour la biodiversité, entretien courant et travaux de petites réparations, entretien paysager, entretien des bâtiments, de l'ensemble des équipements et du matériel, notamment le matériel du parc aventure, gestion des poubelles, entretien quotidien des toilettes à lombricompostage ouvertes au public avec réapprovisionnement en consommables, nettoyage du parking du parc aventure
