Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la mise à disposition d'une solution logicielle SIG « Métier » Eau et Assainissement pour la Direction du Cycle de l'Eau de Vichy Communauté. Le marché comprend : - La fourniture des licences (bureau et mobile) et l'installation de la solution - La reprise et migration des données géographiques et attributaires du logiciel Arcopole PRO eau et assainissement - L'interfaçage des données avec le logiciel de facturation WAT.ERP, avec récupération des données par Point de Comptage (PDC) - L'interfaçage avec le SIG général de la couche contrôle abonnés (ArcGIS Server) - Le paramétrage des fonctionnalités métiers (Eau Potable, Assainissement) - La formation des utilisateurs (administrateurs, utilisateurs bureau, utilisateurs terrain) - La maintenance corrective et évolutive pendant toute la durée du marché
