Auswärtiges Amt, Werderscher Markt 1, 10117 Berlin Gerüstarbeiten nach DIN 18 451 B 2154 Altbau Fenster Instandhaltungsanstrich Gerüstarbeiten DIN 18451 2.BA Unterwasserstraße Die Fenster des Altbaus, Fassade Unterwasserstraße erhalten einen Instandhaltungsanstrich. Dafür sind Gerüstarbeiten erforderlich. Die Fassade aus Naturstein hat eine Gesamtlänge von ca. 140 m, die Höhe beträgt ca. 24 m. Die Einrüstung der Fassade erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten: Aufbau 50% Fassadenlänge (ca. 70 m) Ab- und Aufbau 25% Fassade (Umsetzen ca. 35 m) Ab- und Aufbau 25% Fassade (Umsetzen ca. 35 m) Rückbau 50% Fassadenlänge (ca. 70 m) Ausführungsbeginn: 03/2027 Ausführungsende: 10/2027 Gerüstarbeiten nach DIN 18451
