Die vorstehende Veröffentlichung dient a usschließlich der für den Auftraggeber vorgeschriebenen Information nach §20 Abs. 4 VOB/A. Sie beinhaltet keine Aufforderung zur Interessenbekundung. Es handelt sich um eine beabsichtigte Beschränkte Ausschreibungnach VOB. Auswärtiges Amt, Werderscher Markt 1, 10117 Berlin Maler- und Lackierarbeiten nach DIN 18 363 B 2154 Altbau Fenster Instandhaltungsanstrich Maler- und Lackierarbeiten DIN 18363 2.BA Unterwasserstraße Die Fenster des Altbaus der Fassade Unterwasserstraße erhalten einen Instandhaltungs-anstrich. Es handelt sich um ca. 200 Stück Holzverbundfenster mit Isolierverglasung, mit 2-, 3-, bzw. 4-teiliger Aufteilung. Die gesamte Fensterfläche beträgt ca. 950 m². Die Fassade hat eine Gesamtlänge von ca. 140 m und eine Höhe von ca. 24 m. Die Bearbeitung der Fassade erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten: 1. Abschnitt: Abschnitt 1.1 = 13 Fensterachsen Abschnitt 1.2 = 12 Fensterachsen 2. Abschnitt: Abschnitt 2.1 = 12 Fensterachsen Abschnitt 2.2 = 12 Fensterachsen Ausführungsbeginn: 04/2027 Ausführungsende: 10/2027 Maler- und Lackierarbeiten nach DIN 18 363
