Description

Der ehemalig landwirtschaftlich genutzte Drei-Seiten-Hof, bestehend aus drei freistehenden Gebäuden, welche einen Innenhof einrahmen, soll in der geplanten Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahme sowohl technisch als auch gestalterisch modernisiert werden. Unter Beibehaltung des besonderen Charakters des Gebäudeensembles soll ein Teilabbruch des bestehenden Wohnhauses, sowie die energetische Sanierung der verbleibenden Gebäude erfolgen. Die neue Wärmeerzeugung wird über eine Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe mit passiver Kühlung errichtet. Das erforderliche Sondenfeld wird auf dem nahgelegenen Parkplatz des NaturForums errichtet. Die Anbindeleitung wird erdverlegt bis zur Wärmepumpe im Außenbereich vor der Technikzentrale verlegt. Die Sonden werden an einen vorgefertigten Verteilerschacht mit Vorlaufverteiler und Rücklaufsammler angeschlossen. Für die Verlegung der Anbindeleitung ist das Pflaster aufzunehmen und seitlich zur Wiedereinbringung zu lagern. Umfang der Leistung: - 980 m Sondenbohrungen und Verpressung - 7 Doppel U-Rohrsonden - 1 Stk. Verteilerschacht für 8 Sonden - Ca. 450 m Anbindeleitung zum Verteilerschacht - Ca. 200 m Anbindeleitung zur Wärmepumpe - Ca. 150 m2 Pflaster aufnehmen - Ca. 150 m3 Grabenaushub Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung erfolgt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt mit der Angebotsanfrage.
