Gebäudeautomation zur Raumregelung in der Wilhelmstraße 65 Bauvorhaben: Erneuerung Maschinentechnik (H- und RLT) und Gebäudeautomation, Wilhelmstraße 65 Für die Liegenschaft des Deutschen Bundestages in Berlin wird die bestehende Raumregelung saniert bzw. erneuert. Hierzu wird die Gebäudeautomation angepasst. Demontagearbeiten: Rückbau der Komponenten zur Raumregelung im laufenden Betrieb, ca. 278 Regler, Montagearbeiten: ca. 8500m Kabel / Leitungen / Datenkabel, ca. 2600 St. Datenpunkte, Die Arbeiten sind im laufenden Gebäudebetrieb auszuführen. Baubeginn: 10 / 2026 Bauende: 05 / 2027 Die Vergabestelle weist darauf hin, dass zur Gewährleistung eines zügigen Verfahrens nur rechtzeitig bei der Vergabestelle eingegangene Bieteranfragen beantwortet werden können. Fristende: 26.08.2026 ACHTUNG Die Vergabeunterlagen können unentgeltlich, uneingeschränkt, vollständig und direkt unter www.evergabe-online.de abgerufen werden. Es besteht keine Pflicht zur Registrierung auf der Vergabeplattform.
