Erbringung von Objektplaner-Leistungen für den Anschluss des Gebäude 23 an den Neubau Herzzentrum. Für das Gewerk Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten übernimmt das Planungsbüro folgende Leistungen: Besondere Leistungen - Prüfung und Übernahmefremder Ausführungsplanung LPH 5 des Büro SV Becker Das Planungsbüro übernimmt als besondere Leistung die fachliche Prüfung und ggf. Überarbeitung einer durch Dritte erstellten Ausführungsplanung mit dem Ziel, diese als Grundlage für die Ausschreibung nutzbar zu machen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst: - Prüfung der vorliegenden Ausführungsplanung auf Vollständigkeit, Widerspruchsfreiheit, technische Richtigkeit sowie Übereinstimmung mit den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik - Identifikation von Planungsdefiziten, Unstimmigkeiten und Schnittstellenkonflikten - Erforderliche Anpassung und Ergänzung der Planung zur Herstellung der Ausschreibungsreife - Übernahme der Planung in die eigene Verantwortung erst nach fachlicher Prüfung und erforderlicher Korrektur
