Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €61,012
€44,539 to €54,301

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 81% of their published estimate, half of them between 73% and 89%, based on 667 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.

What this market pays

The buyer has too few awards of its own in this sector, so this is the range of the last 1,383 awards for Construction work in Italy.
