L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 300 000 euro(s) HT pour sa durée totale (reconductions comprises). La remise d'échantillons de vêtements et chaussures est prévue dans le cadre de cette consultation (article 5 du règlement de la consultation). En cas d'absence des échantillons ou de dotation incomplète l'offre sera considérée comme irrégulière. Il n'est pas prévu d'indemnisation relative aux échantillons
