La présente consultation est passée en vue de conclure un accord-cadre multi-attributaires ayant pour objet d'établir les termes régissant les bons de commande à passer pour les prestations de commercialisations immobilières pour le compte du Département de la Gironde. Le Conseil Départemental est propriétaire d'un patrimoine immobilier composé de biens de natures variées (maisons individuelles, immeubles collectifs, locaux professionnels, entrepôts, bureaux, terrains bâtis ou non bâtis) dont certains sont devenus inutiles à l'exercice de ses missions de service public. Afin d'optimiser la gestion de son patrimoine et de valoriser ses actifs, le Département souhaite recourir à des prestataires spécialisés dans la commercialisation immobilière, capables de prendre en charge l'intégralité du processus de vente, depuis la recherche d'acquéreurs jusqu'à la signature de l'acte authentique de vente chez le notaire. Chaque accord-cadre est exécutoire à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d'un an. A sa date anniversaire de notification, il pourra ensuite faire l'objet de 3 reconduction(s) tacite(s) d'un an chacune, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder 4 ans. Le prestataire ne peut s'y opposer Lot n°1 : Immeubles d'habitation Gironde; Lot n°2 : Immeubles professionnels Gironde
