Ces accords-cadres ont pour objet de réaliser sur le réseau routier départemental et sur les infrastructures des autres biens départementaux (parkings et voie d'accès des collèges...), divers travaux dont la nature et le contenu sont variables. Ces besoins de travaux sont d'une manière générale provoqués par : - La nécessité d'intervenir pour faire face à des dégâts provoqués par des intempéries dues à des épisodes pluvieux, des évènements pré ou post cycloniques, des éboulis, etc. ; - La nécessité de sauvegarder le patrimoine routier (soutènement, réseaux hydrauliques, travaux de surface) ; - La nécessité de réaliser des aménagements de sécurité en faveur des usagers (traitement de carrefours, cheminements piétons, etc.) ; - La nécessité d'améliorer le patrimoine routier par des travaux d'aménagement conséquents (giratoire, aménagement urbain...) Travaux de réparation et d'entretien : réparation de chaussées, de parapets, de trottoirs, réparation et stabilisation d'accotement; Travaux d'aménagement hors travaux spécifiques : amélioration de réseaux hydrauliques, aménagement de sécurité, création de murs de soutènement, pose de dalots de dimension max 2m*3m, petits aménagements urbains; Travaux d'aménagement spécifiques: travaux d'un montant supérieur à 800 000 euro(s) , travaux de grande profondeur, travaux nécessitant une technicité particulière
