Le Département de La Réunion assure des missions de travaux d'infrastructures du réseau routier départemental. Certaines opérations génèrent l'intervention de plusieurs entreprises, ce qui entraîne une co-activité. Conformément aux dispositions de la loi n° 93-1418 du 31 décembre 1993 et des textes pris pour son application, la présente consultation porte sur la réalisation des missions de coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé des travailleurs (SPS) relatives aux opérations de voirie de catégorie 2 et 3 au sens de l'article R. 4532-1 du Code du Travail, en phase de conception et de réalisation. Ces missions porteront sur les projets de voirie, d'ouvrage d'art ou de travaux sur falaises réalisés sur les routes départementales, qui sont en grande partie effectués dans le cadre de marchés à bons de commande et dont la particularité est d'intervenir dans des délais très courts, insuffisants pour procéder à chaque fois à une consultation d'un CSPS Mission CSPS pour travaux d'Ouvrages d'art; Mision CSPS pour VRD et travaux falaises-Secteur UTR Nord; Mission CSPS pour VRD et travaux falaises-Secteur UTR Est; Mission CSPS pour VRD et travaux falaises-Secteur UTR Ouest; Mission CSPS pour VRD et travaux falaises-Secteur UTR Sud
